Cylinder head 2.5ltr with valve seats guides & front cover #

Cast in the UK from our own patterns. The cylinder head is supplied with a new front cover fitted and the 3 steel bearing housings installed. We have spent many hours optimising the port shape and the ports are fully CNC machined giving consistency across each port. The exhaust ports are oval and the valve seats are cut and blended. Each cylinder head undergoes a hot pressure test as part of the final inspection process.
