Gearbox and bell housing FJ 5 speed #

This Cooper Ersa 5 speed Formula junior gearbox is made to the original specification with 5 forward gears and delivered complete with the clutch actuation mechanism and interlock. To comply with current FIA regulations, all components used are interchangeable with an original gear box and it utilises the Original Citroen open differential. The castings are manufactured from our own patterns in UK foundries and precision CNC machined inhouse. In addition, all the gears and internals are also produced in our factory. All materials are entirely as period – magnesium for the bell housing and cover, aluminium for the main case and bronze mounting etc. It is test-run for a minimum of 2.5 hours before dispatch. As well as supplying complete built gear boxes we are able to supply all the parts individually.
