Brake pad - axle set - Padgid RS42

Pagid Racing pad compounds have a very high content of ceramic materials. The difference to competitors metallic compounds is the thermal insulation and the higher heat resistance, combined with low heart conductivity mean less heat is traversed to the calliper and therefore the brake fluid. All Pagid pads are designed for low pad and disc wear rates while maintaining optimum bite, brake modulation and pedal feel. RS42s are ideal for historic racing cars where the pad offers a very wide temperature operating range up to 700 degrees. low heat conductivity, low disc wear rates and very good modulation and release characteristics. The pads are not advised for road use. Pad aperture length of the NR caliper is 62mm
